SPRING & FALL SEASON:

We understand that from time to time it is necessary for a player to cancel their registration after submitting payment.  However, we build our program, hire coaches, arrange field space, turn other players away, buy uniforms, etc, all based on the number of registrants we receive each season. Therefore, we offer the following cancelation policy for all players:

 

If a player withdraws BEFORE the start of the season, he will have a choice in receiving a credit or a refund.

  • Credit option:  Player will be offered his full registration fee in the form of a credit to the player's Code account.  This credit will not expire and can be applied toward any future registration (season or camp).

 

  • Refund option:  Player will be offered his full registration fee, minus a $35.00 processing fee, in the form of a refund.
    • Exception - Spring season 8th graders who withdraw prior to the start of the spring season, and their reason is due to making their HS JV team, will be refunded their FULL registration fee.

 

 

If a player withdraws AFTER the start of the season, he will be offered his full registration fee, minus a $50.00 processing fee, in the form of a credit to the player's Code account.  This credit will not expire and can be applied toward any future registration (season or camp).  

Please note:  There will not be any refunds offered if a player withdraws after the start of the season, only a credit will be offered. 

 

 

CAMPS & CLINICS:

All camp and clinic registrations are final.  However, if we have to cancel a camp or clinic due to weather, or insufficient numbers, you will receive a full refund.
