GIRLS and BOYS SUMMER LACROSSE CAMP
(all proceeds will be donated to LtN to support our teens who will be traveling to Nicaragua for a mission trip at the end of the summer)
This will be a camp for both girls and boys (divided by age, gender, and skill) and it will cover all aspects of the game (offense, defense, and goalie). Players will receive small group instruction on shooting, dodging, sliding, offensive & defensive skill sets, as well as one-on-one goalie instruction and face-off/draw instruction, for those interested. We will also have mini games (with prizes) each day, such as water balloon shootout, fastest shot competition (per age and gender), stick trick competition, and more! The camp will be run by the high school players going on the mission trip to Nicaragua, the DRHS coaching staff, guest collegiate players (past & present), as well as some surprise guest lacrosse stars! Tell your friends! This is gong to be a GREAT camp for a GREAT cause!!

CODE Lacrosse is proud to once again partner with Paul Caminiti and Team Adrenaline to offer a world class, dynamic training program this summer. Team Adrenaline has been successfully training Richmond athletes for over 10 years. The focus of the Lax-Fit program is to develop the seven principles (speed, power, flexibility, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and mental strength) needed to compete at the highest level.
This summer, the conditioning will focus on upper body strength. In addition, we will be providing all players with an agressive stick skill curriculum developed by John Thompson and led by DRHS coaches and senior leadership players during each session. This is a great opportunity to stay in the best shape, refine your stick skills, and get stronger!
